Catering Assistant

• Support the Chef with food preparation and storage
• Ensure different dietary requirements are met where necessary
• Help with maintaining accurate records
• Help with maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Ideally, you will have food hygiene certificate and a Level 2 catering qualification or equivalent (or a commitment to undertake further training and development, relevant to the role)
• Experience of preparing and serving creative, high quality and nutritious meals in a commercial environment
• Good English and numeracy skills
• A passion for caring and helping our residents to thrive

Ideally, you will have worked in a care home kitchen before
