Job Description

Supermac's is seeking full-time catering assistants to work in Ballysimon, Co. Limerick. The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The Catering Assistant must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result. It is their responsibility to carry out his/her duties in compliance with the training received, and the standards set in the Employee Handbook. The purpose of the role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of order every time. Work Environment: Fast-paced 'non-stop' environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain business requirements with regards to the level of business, quality of staff, and quantity of staff. Teamwork is essential to ensure the procedure runs smoothly in all areas, and communication flows.

Job Responsibility

Provide ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant
Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
Work in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
Follow company guidelines/training in food preparation, production, and storage
Portray a professional image, both on and off the premises
Treat our customers to warm and friendly service every time they visit our restaurant
Work with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent every day in our restaurant
Ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management regarding cash handling
Ensure uniform and personal appearance complies with company guidelines
Be flexible to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
Constantly put the customer first
