Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or events
Bar experience is an advantage

Job Responsibility

Support management in preparing and setting up buffets and/or other special food service tables/stations
Ensure food is handled, transported, and stored in accordance with food safety and Health and Safety standards
Ensure all events areas are clean and hygienic
Assist with clearing and cleaning during service
Assist with topping up guests' drinks
Acknowledge and respond to guest requests and inquiries
Patrol assigned stations, refill beverages, and remove unnecessary service items and condiments
