Job Description:

Join our team as a Catering Assistant at Supermac's Clonshaugh, Co. Dublin. The Team member provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of the order every time. Work environment is fast-paced, 'non-stop', and can be physically demanding.

Job Responsibility:

Provide ongoing support to the Management Team
Ensure customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness
Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
Carry out duties in compliance with training and standards
Serve quality food quickly and accurately in a friendly manner
Work in compliance with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
Follow company guidelines/training in food preparation, production, and storage
Portray a professional image
Provide warm and friendly customer service
Work with management to increase customer numbers and spending
Follow correct cash handling procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines
Constantly put the customer first

Requirements:
