The Team member provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The purpose of the role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of the order every time. Work environment is fast-paced, “non-stop” and can be physically demanding at times.
Job Responsibility:
Provide ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness
Serve customers quality food as quickly as possible in a friendly manner, ensuring order accuracy
Work in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
Follow company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production, and storage
Portray a professional image, both on and off the premises
Treat customers to warm and friendly service
Work with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent
About cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management
Ensure uniform and personal appearance complies with company guidelines
Constantly put the customer first
Requirements:
Full availability from Monday to Sunday is required
Must currently have the legal right to work in Ireland
Must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
Must carry out duties in compliance with training received and standards set in the Employee Handbook
Must work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
