Catering Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for Full-Time staff to join the team of Supermac's in The Kinnegad Plaza. "Please note that this is a full-time position and not a weekend-only or part-time role. Full availability is required, including beyond the summer period." JOB PURPOSE The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s, Papa John's, SuperSubs, Mac’s Deli, and Bewley’s Barista & Spar customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit the store. The Catering Assistant must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result. It is the responsibility of the team member to carry out his/her duties in compliance with the training received and the standards set in the Employee Handbook. The purpose of the role is to serve all customer, regardless of what area they visit, in a friendly and welcoming fashion, going the extra mile to meet their needs in a clean and presentable environment. All roles require flexibility in cooking, serving, cleaning, and ensuring a great visit for every customer every time.
