Catering Assistant

• Support management in preparing and setting up buffets and/or other special food service tables/stations
• Ensure food is handled, transported, and stored in accordance with food safety and Health and Safety standards
• Ensure all events areas are clean and hygienic
• Assist with clearing and cleaning during service
• Assist with topping up guests' drinks
• Acknowledge and respond to guest requests and inquiries
• Patrol assigned stations, refill beverages, and remove unnecessary service items and condiments

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or events
• Bar experience is an advantage
