The Team member provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The Team Member must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result. It is the responsibility of the team member to carry out his/her duties in compliance with the training received and the standards set in the Employee Handbook. The purpose of the role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of the order every time.

Be flexible to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
