Job Description:

Supermac's is hiring Full-time Catering Assistants in Kells, Co. Meath! The role will primarily focus on till operations but may include other catering tasks. The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The Catering Assistant must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result. It is their responsibility to carry out his/her duties in compliance with the training received, and the standards set in the Employee Handbook. The purpose of the role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of order every time.

Job Responsibility:

Provide ongoing support to the Management Team
Ensure customers receive best quality, service, and cleanliness
Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
Carry out duties in compliance with training and Employee Handbook standards
Serve quality food quickly and accurately in a friendly manner
Work in compliance with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
Follow company guidelines/training in food preparation, production, and storage
Portray a professional image, both on and off the premises
Provide warm and friendly service to customers
Work with management to increase customer numbers and spending
Follow correct cash handling procedures as directed by management
Ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines
Work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
Constantly put the customer first
