Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Catering Assistant at Supermac's Singland - Castletroy! The purpose of the role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of order every time. Work environment: Fast-paced “non-stop” environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain business requirements with regards to the level of business, quality of staff, and quantity of staff. Teamwork is essential to ensure the procedure runs smoothly in all areas, and communication flows.

Job Responsibility:

Provide ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness
Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
Carry out duties in compliance with the training received and the standards set in the Employee Handbook
Serve customers quality food as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of order every time
Work in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
Follow company guidelines/training in food preparation, production, and storage
Always portray a professional image, both on and off the premises
Treat customers to warm and friendly service every time they visit our restaurant
Work with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent every day in our restaurant
About cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management
Ensure uniform and personal appearance in complying with company guidelines
Constantly putting the customer first

Requirements:

Currently have the legal right to work in Ireland
Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
