Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant (CSA) to join our team within a busy hospitality environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
  • Serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Supporting the setup and clear-down of hospitality areas
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety standards
  • Handling customer queries and ensuring a positive experience
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and well-presented appearance
