Catering Assistant

• Provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant
• Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
• Serve customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of order every time
• Work in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
• Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
• Follow company guidelines/training in food preparation, production, and storage
• At all times, portray a professional image, both on and off the premises
• Treat customers to warm and friendly service every time they visit the restaurant
• Work with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent every day
• About cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance in complying with company guidelines
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
• Constantly put the customer first

Candidates must be over 18, as shifts run until 11 PM
