Job Description:

Supermac's in Mitchelstown is seeking part-time catering staff to join the team. The Team member provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant.

Job Responsibility:

Provide ongoing support to the Management Team
Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner
Carry out duties in compliance with training and Employee Handbook standards
Serve customers quality food quickly and accurately
Work in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects
Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
Follow company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production, and storage
Portray a professional image, both on and off the premises
Provide warm and friendly service
Work with management to increase customers and spending
Follow correct cash handling procedures as directed by management
Ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines
Be flexible to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested
Constantly put the customer first

Requirements:

Available to work a mixture of shifts between Monday and Sunday
Must currently have the legal right to work in Ireland
