Supermac's is seeking part-time restaurant staff for Spiddal, Co. Galway. Candidates should ideally be based in or near Bearna, Inverin, Salahoona, Doorath, or the surrounding areas. The Spiddal store is 43 minutes by bus and 33 minutes by car from Galway City. Candidates from Galway City may also apply, provided they have their own transport, as shifts may finish late and public transport is not always available at those times. The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The Catering Assistant must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result. It is their responsibility to carry out his/her duties in compliance with the training received, and the standards set in the Employee Handbook. The purpose of the role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of order every time. Fast-paced 'non-stop' environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain business requirements with regards to the level of business, quality of staff, and quantity of staff. Teamwork is essential to ensure the procedure runs smoothly in all areas, and communication flows.
Job Responsibility
