Supermac's is hiring full-time and part-time Catering Assistants in Kells, Co. Meath. The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The role involves working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where teamwork is essential.

Job Responsibility:

Provide ongoing support to the Management Team
Ensure customers receive best quality, service, and cleanliness
Serve quality food quickly and accurately in a friendly manner
Work in compliance with company standards and safety/quality aspects
Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect
Follow company guidelines/training in food preparation, production, and storage
Portray a professional image on and off premises
Provide warm and friendly customer service
Work with management to increase customer numbers and spending
Handle cash following correct procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines
Be flexible to work in all restaurant areas
Constantly put the customer first

Requirements:

Legal right to work in Ireland
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Teamwork skills
Flexibility to work in all restaurant areas
Professional image and appearance
Friendly and efficient interaction with customers, staff, and management
Compliance with company standards, safety/quality aspects, and training
