This role offers experience to both the strategic and operational sides of events management. Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing event timelines, schedules, and booking databases to ensure flawless coordination
  • Supporting client communication throughout the planning process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and Operations teams to align execution with guest expectations
  • Contributing to revenue optimisation and operational excellence through meticulous administrative support

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Hospitality or its equivalent
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, customer-focused attitude and communication skills
  • Curiosity and interest in the luxury market
