As a Catering - Aministrative Assistant you will assist with the catering team with organizing events, client and customer contact, order management, and general office duties. Job Responsibility
Be the first point of contact for incoming catering inquiries via phone, email, and online requests
Coordinate event details with clients including menus, timelines, guest counts, room setups, and special requests
Assist with post-event follow up, including feedback collection and issue resolution
Design, produce, and distribute event signage to support clear communication and guest experience
Assist with onsite event support when needed
Contribute to overall team success by assisting with administrative needs and special requests as they arise
Able to work in concessions, catering, and special events required by your manager
Perform task as requested by your manager on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis
Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team
Requirements

Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
