In this role, you will own sourcing activities, collaborate across functions, and contribute to long-term business success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute procurement activities within Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electrical Components, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets
  • Execute procurement activities ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets
  • Lead negotiations and maintain updated pricing and item data in ERP systems
  • Collaborate with logistics, engineering, quality, and sales to implement supply strategies
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives and support should-cost and cost breakdown activities
  • Develop supplier relationships and support supplier audit activities for performance improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain or a related field
  • 2–5 years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably with BOM or cost structure understanding
  • Ability to read engineering drawings or basic understanding of mechanical/pneumatic/electrical components
  • Experience with supplier audits and cost improvement projects
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English
