Are you a driven finance professional ready to take the lead in shaping the profitability of market-leading brands? We’re looking for a talented Category Profitability Finance Manager to head our dynamic team of Analysts, and partner with our Marketing and Sales leaders to drive sustainable growth. In this role, you'll be at the heart of financial decision-making by owning forecasting processes, leading performance reviews, identifying opportunities, and enhancing internal controls. Job Responsibility

  • Manage and inspire the work of Category Profitability Finance Team consisting of ~2-3 driven Analysts
  • Act as key business partner to Marketing and Sales leaders to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth for our market-leading brands
  • Review and analyze category financial performance, support strategic decision-making
  • Own quarterly and annual financial forecasting process for selected categories, identify key trends, risks and opportunities. Present to country finance and business leaders
  • Exercise strong internal controls over month-end close, investment appraisal and brand owner settlement processes along with value chain calculations
  • Establish & strengthen new Category Profitability routines involving enhanced insights generation, monthly/quarterly P&L review, variance analysis and mitigation plans
  • Drive opportunities to standardize/simplify/automate systems and processes efficiently

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics or Finance
  • 7+ years professional experience in Controlling, Business partnering or FP&A
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills
  • At least intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
  • Proactive attitude and dynamic personality, not afraid of challenges
  • Strong desire for professional and personal development
  • Sense of responsibility for the supervised business area or process
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
