The Beauty and Wellbeing PH Customer Strategy and Planning employee is the one who delivers consistent, competitive, and profitable growth by translating the Beauty & Wellbeing brand strategies into holistic category growth programs in our relevant channels / categories that get our key products distributed and placed in more outlets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and deploy category growth strategy for relevant channels, including a comprehensive distribution strategy across the eRTM
  • Develop and deploy robust category commercial plans and define right investment model
  • Defines category channel execution blueprint
  • Brings the voice of the shoppers and/or retailers into the country business unit
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, supply chain and finance to drive category-channel growth agenda
