Job Description

Responsible for coordinating and executing category‑specific marketing activities for Lulu KSA from the Kochi back office. The role supports Fresh (Hot food, Bakery, Fish, Meat) Health & Beauty, TCG, FMCG Imports, Fruits & Vegetables, and Department Store/Fashion categories through campaign planning, supplier coordination, and performance reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Support KSA category teams with marketing plans, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate with suppliers for marketing budgets and co‑funded activities
  • Prepare campaign briefs, artwork requests, and promotional calendars
  • Support digital marketing (banners, CRM, online promotions)
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Ensure marketing standards and brand guidelines are followed across KSA stores
  • Coordinate remotely with KSA operations for execution

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or category management
  • Experience in Fresh, H&B, TCG, FMCG Imports, F&V, or Fashion categories preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication, and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work with cross‑country teams
  • Master’s degree in marketing or business
