This position sits at the heart of the commercial function, giving you real influence over category performance and long-term growth. You will take ownership of shaping and executing category plans that deliver tangible results. Collaboration will be key, as you will work alongside commercial, marketing, and product development teams to steer category direction and unlock new opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Build and implement insight-led growth strategies
Translate shopper and retailer data into actionable recommendations
Partner closely with key retail accounts to enhance joint business plans
Support and guide customer-led NPD projects
Develop promotional strategies that drive sales and category value
Requirements:
At least four years' experience in Category, Shopper, or Customer Marketing within FMCG
Strong experience managing and influencing retail stakeholders
Confidence using Kantar and retailer data to create persuasive, insight-driven narratives
A commercially astute, proactive mindset with the ability to influence at multiple levels
