Job Description:

The Category Leadership Center of Excellence (CL COE) drives functional capability by standardizing processes, executing best practices, and developing team skills. It centralizes knowledge, tools, and actionable insights, enabling the Field CL team to focus on customer and category development.

Job Responsibility:

Drive functional capability by standardizing processes, executing best practices, and developing team skills
Centralize knowledge, tools, and actionable insights
Enable the Field CL team to focus on customer and category development

Requirements:

Strong understanding of category management principles and demonstrated expertise in planogram creation and space management
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor direct reports in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Exceptional project management skills, with a consistent track record of delivering results on time and within scope
Advanced knowledge of JDA and Shelf IQ, with extensive experience in planogram creation and space management
Proficiency in syndicated and panel data such as Nielsen and IRI, with the ability to translate data into actionable shelving strategies
