Join us as Category Manager (Home Care). Homecare is one of the biggest and fastest-growing categories in Polish FMCG. We are looking for Category Manager for Home Care business who will run Category Management agenda bringing strategic insights to Home Care category. Category Management experience is a must, with good overall business & channels understanding. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.
Job Responsibility:
Create holistic category management strategies for selected key customers which will bring category growth
Develop and deploy Trade Stories from Category Management perspective
Prepare Perfect Store recommendations
Track total category/channel/customer business performance – propose and implement corrective actions
Monitor market trends in Home Care and translate insights into strategic opportunities
Contribute to the IBP process and cross-functional business planning forums
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing & CD Excellence teams to support execution
Requirements:
3 years of experience in Category Management/NRM/Trade Marketing/Sales area in FMCG company supported by proven business impact
Strong analytical and strategic capabilities
robust commercial understanding
experience with market data (e.g. Nielsen, YouGov)
Experience in crafting growth strategies for categories and channels & customers
External focus – ability to build strong connections with Customers/Retail partners
Fluency in English and Polish
Genuine interest in Home Care categories and understanding of category/consumer dynamics
