Circle K is looking for a Category Manager for a fixed-term position to cover an employee on parental leave. The main areas of responsibility will include the candy & snacks and non-food categories.
Job Responsibility:
developing and implementing category strategies and tactics aligned with overall business objectives
monitoring market trends and analysing customer preferences
identify and leverage cross-Baltic synergies to maximize efficiency and scale
manage category performance and profitability to deliver on financial targets
build, maintain, and develop strong supplier partnerships, including negotiating commercial terms and agreements
defining and implementing assortment, planograms, and campaigns, and overseeing their execution
collaborate closely with logistics, Store Managers, and cross-functional teams locally and at European level
Requirements:
at least 2 years of experience as a Category Manager in retail
fluency in Estonian and English, both spoken and written
a higher education degree
strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
excellent negotiation skills
good knowledge of the field and its trends
ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and work cross-functionally
growth mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
