Marvel FMCG is delighted to be partnered with SHS Drinks on their search for 2 Category Managers to work across their drinks division. SHS Drinks is a leading UK-based beverage manufacturer and brand owner, part of the privately owned SHS Group, a dynamic player in the FMCG sector. The business specialises in creating, marketing and distributing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks enjoyed by millions of consumers every week across the UK, Ireland and in export markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the strategic development and performance of our FMCG category within the UK market
  • Drive profitable growth through insight-led category strategy, strong retailer partnerships, and effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Own the category end-to-end, acting as the voice of the shopper and customer while balancing commercial objectives and long-term brand equity
  • Play a key role in shaping category performance through insight-led analysis and recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to influence range, pricing, and promotion decisions
  • Be hands on and lead the customer agenda across both the On and Off Trade channels

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Category Executive, Category Management
  • Strong working knowledge of Nielsen and Kantar data and reporting tools
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to present insight clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing Top 4 grocers is essential for this role
