Welcome to the Boots Customer & Category team – an exciting team at the heart of Boots UK's growth plans. Our Customer & Category Managers work at pace, building excellent relationships both internally and externally, as well as across functions. You’ll be able to demonstrate great team management skills, and work with agility to deliver the best opportunities for Boots. You’ll be accountable for executing the commercial strategy across your categories and executing the best possible delivery against this ambition. Reporting to the Head of Category, the Customer & Category Manager will be a key member of the category team. This role leads a team to deliver brilliant growth plans for our customers that drive differentiation and category growth. Have a passion for men's category to lead and inspire a team through the highs and lows of trading. Have an understanding of properties, space and layouts, to lead on any given project. Be responsible for the strategic delivery of the category plans. Building great relationships with our supplier partners to create the best possible plans for customers and secure new brands for the category. Have an entrepreneurial mindset, to pull all available levers to optimise the P&L. Be the expert in our customer – understand what they need now and what they would love in the future. Lead a team supporting them to drive the business and helping them to achieve their career goals.
