Join us in driving the strategic growth of Indirect Procurement and simplifying how we manage travel across the Demant Group. Take the lead in shaping our travel category. As Demant Indirect Procurement continues to grow, we’re strengthening our supplier landscape, enhancing governance, and increasing value across the organization. To support this ambition, we’re now looking for a dedicated Category Manager to take ownership of our travel category. In this role, you will take the lead in developing and executing category strategy for travel, an area that plays a critical role in Demant’s business performance, innovation, and employee experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the category strategy roadmap across our travel category
  • Support wide efforts to streamline, consolidate, and optimize our travel category
  • Ensure transparency, compliance, and strategic alignment with our finance department
  • Conduct category analyses, market screenings, e-sourcing activities, and competitive tenders
  • Lead negotiations and support commercial decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and improved supplier performance
