As part of our General Merchandise Business Unit, you will lead a dynamic team and collaborate with various departments to create a compelling and customer-focused gifting experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and deliver the commercial plan for the Christmas gifting category
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four direct reports
  • Collaborate with ISM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Merchandising to execute an integrated category plan
  • Build and manage strong supplier partnerships to develop exclusive and differentiated product ranges
  • Develop and execute a clear, customer-led seasonal trading strategy to ensure operational excellence for a seamless Christmas launch

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a buying or category team
  • Strong financial knowledge and acumen
  • Line management experience
