Provide variety of technical support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming.
Co-ordinates project tasks on engagements.
Provides internal training, implementation support activities, or work on internal development projects.
Perform Oracle to SQL migration and manage the challenges from migrating to SQL procedures + data migration issues.
Ability to estimate the workload of implementation activities that are within the scope of their skills
able to ask appropriate questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration & architecture complexity.
