Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement Category strategies to achieve cost savings and value creation
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and service standards are met
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for the organisation
Analyse market trends and risks to inform sourcing decisions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement and supply chain function
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities
Requirements:
Experience gained in industrial and manufacturing industry
Experience of managing supply for electronics or electrical commodities
Strong track record in negotiating and delivering cost savings and efficiencies
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of procurement systems and tools
A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges
