Joining us on a Fixed Term Basis, (Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm) with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, you will receive a competitive salary. We are looking for a results driven Procurement professional to support Moove’s growth and significant value generation through strategic sourcing initiatives, continuous aggressive cost savings activities and strengthen supplier relationships across direct categories.
Job Responsibility:
Lead cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects by identifying and implementing savings opportunities across indirect, direct, and third-party subcontractor spend
Recommend, implement, and monitor procurement strategies that create value and efficiency
Drive for improved Supplier Payment terms
Experience with supplier NDA’s and Supplier agreements
Understanding of CLP and Supplier compliance
Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to support supplier audits to maintain certifications in environmental and quality compliance
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve supply chain planning and performance both internally and externally
Undertake supplier reviews and Supplier Risk assessments and Risk management
Ensure robust sourcing strategies across direct and indirect procurement categories
Requirements:
Strong procurement background, ideally from a Lubricants industry (Lubricant, Additive or Base Oil Manufacturers) or industries such as Chemicals, Energy, general Manufacturing, Pharma
Proven negotiation skills and experience establishing supplier agreements
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality/audit processes
Familiarity in dealing with supplier agreements and NDA’s
Strong understanding of supply chain planning
Proficiency in SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Highly organised, analytical and results-driven
MIP, CIPS or Supply Chain related degree
Track record of delivering improvements through structured processes and governance
Experience leading transformations in manufacturing environments
Up-to-date knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Experience with Budgets
Able to solve problems and have a can do attitude
Nice to have:
Experience with Operations in the Lubricants industry (Lubricant, Additive or Base Oil Manufacturers)
Knowledge of S&OP and Production Planning
Knowledge within distribution/import export and compliance across various countries
Experience in implementing solutions to develop and achieve sustainability goals
Science or Business Degree
A sound understanding of commercial and business fundamentals and drivers of the wider lubricants business
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI
Languages: French and Spanish
