Job Description

A Serious/Catastrophic Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100, Defendant law firm based in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. The role involves managing a caseload of Defendant Serious/Catastrophic Injury RTA and EL/PL files, assisting Partners on high value Catastrophic Injury cases, and handling varied cases including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases.

  • Manage a caseload of Defendant Serious/Catastrophic Injury RTA and EL/PL files
  • assist Partners on high value Catastrophic Injury cases
  • work on varied cases including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases.

Requirements

  • Experience working on Serious Injury/Catastrophic cases
  • ability to manage a caseload of Defendant Serious/Catastrophic Injury RTA and EL/PL files
  • knowledge of brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases
  • applications invited from both Defendant and Claimant Solicitors/Legal Executives.
