Job Description:

A Serious/Catastrophic Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 Defendant law firm based in Liverpool. The role involves managing Defendant Serious/Catastrophic Injury RTA and EL/PL files, assisting on high value cases, and working in a pleasant environment with opportunities for progression.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a caseload of Defendant Serious/Catastrophic Injury RTA and EL/PL files
Assisting Partners on high value Catastrophic Injury cases
Handling cases such as brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases.

Requirements:

Experience managing Defendant Serious Injury/Catastrophic cases
Experience with RTA and EL/PL files
Knowledge of brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases
Applications invited from both Defendant and Claimant Solicitors/Legal Executives.
