Job Description:

A top-tier defendant law firm is seeking a Catastrophic Injury Associate to manage a mixed caseload of Catastrophic Injury cases and assist on complex matters including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal claims.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a mixed caseload of defendant Catastrophic Injury cases up to £500k
  • working alongside a partner on complex multi-million-pound matters
  • handling cases such as brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal matters.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' PQE
  • previous experience of handling or assisting on Catastrophic Injury cases
  • defendant experience preferred but claimant background encouraged.
