Job Description:

A new opportunity for a Catastrophic Injury Associate at a top-tier defendant law firm, specializing in severe injury cases like brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and others, offering high-value work and career growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside a specialist partner on a mixed caseload of large loss RTA and EL/PL matters from inception to completion
  • assist on a range of complex and high-value matters
  • take on own cases as you develop within the role

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years' PQE
  • previous experience within a Catastrophic Injury role
  • defendant experience preferred
  • claimant experience will also be considered
