Job Description:

My client is an international law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Catastrophic Injury Associate for their expanding Catastrophic Injury department in Birmingham. An ideal role for Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor ready to step up into Catastrophic Injury work, or a Claimant Solicitor looking to make the move to a top-tier defendant practice.

Job Responsibility:

Managing your own caseload of Catastrophic Injury files
Supporting senior fee earners on significant, high-value catastrophic claims
Conducting liability investigations, policy coverage reviews, and quantum assessments
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
Building strong relationships with longstanding clients and helping grow new ones

Requirements:

Previous defendant personal injury experience (Catastrophic Injury not essential)
OR claimant solicitors looking to transition into defendant work
Confident, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills

What we offer:

Salary up to £54,000 DOE + bonus
Hybrid working (2 days in office / 3 from home)
