SIRVIS is a marketplace dedicated to professionals in the HoReCa world. We connect operators of the away from home (bars, restaurants, discos, food, take-away), distributors, wholesalers and agents, facilitating the processes of purchase and sale of numerous multi-category goods (beverages, food, equipment). Our mission is to satisfy 100% of the demand from the world of eating out and catering. On SIRIVS you will find drinks, snacks, raw materials and semi-finished products but also equipment, service materials and products for hygiene and cleaning.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing and maintaining the product master catalog on the SIRVIS platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality presentation of product information across all categories
  • Collaborate with account managers and suppliers to collect and update product info
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date product data on the SIRIVS platform
  • Organize products using smart categorization and clear taxonomy for easy navigation
  • Monitor catalog performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience
  • Make sure all product content follows industry standards and platform guidelines
  • Help prepare reports and materials that track catalog performance

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in catalog or product data management, ideally in FMCG or HoReCa
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital catalog tools
  • Able to work independently and collaborate well with others
  • Familiarity with product categorization and market trends is a plus
