You will join the Product Information Management (PIM) unit within the Expert Services department. This team acts as a Centre of Excellence, managing portfolio services and material master data to drive end-to-end benefits for global customers. The team’s core aim is to centralize the control of approved IT products, helping customers rationalize their spend while ensuring commercial profitability.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain customer catalogue pricing, including the change management of IT products and End-of-Life (EOL) cycles
Liaise directly with customers to update product portfolios and source new items via international IT suppliers or partners
Coordinate with OEMs and Suppliers to ensure global pricing is in place, escalating issues to key stakeholders when necessary
Collaborate with internal eBusiness, Merchandising, and Service Design teams to define catalogue content and product presentation on customer webshops
Create clear and accurate Stock Inventory Reporting templates and continuously improve reporting outputs
Support forecasting needs based on usage reports and flag potential stock shortages to Account/Service teams
Maintain regular contact with Partner Suppliers to obtain local pricing or SKUs and distribute reports according to contractual requirements
Participate in transition projects for new customer wins and business take-on processes
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal)
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (knowledge of IT hardware products is a significant advantage)
Experience in building and influencing relationships with multi-tier management and customers
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data sets
Strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Accountability, initiative, and a strong desire for self-learning and research
