Job Description:

Support a range of Catalogue Data Cleanse and testing activities for delivery of a major transformation project in ITV Studios and Global Partnerships. Responsible for ensuring data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness and usability) of the content metadata maintained and presented through the Content Hub and through integrations to other business applications. Support a wide range of Quality Assurance and User Testing activities across various catalogue systems and workflows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with the Catalogue Manager and Programme delivery team to ensure the Content Hub is kept “clean and up to date” across all Data Points
  • Liaise with business leads in Rights Management, Finance, Sales & Licensing and the Programme delivery team on specific catalogue field requirements and cleanse activities
  • Key point contact for fixing data inconsistencies or lack of alignment across other systems e.g. Salesforce, Rightsline, Content Catalogue
  • Support uploads of content metadata and fixes not supported through integrations
  • Support any required reporting requirements throughout the project implementation and during hypercare post Go Live
  • Provide exception reporting for completion of metadata and gap analysis

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a related capacity
  • Advanced Excel skills and formulas essential
  • Previous experience of working with large data sets
  • Attention to detail including spelling and grammar and fluency in spoken English
  • Proven experience of managing priorities and planning
  • Passionate about TV content and a good understanding of the hierarchy around the structure of TV content and the data that is important in Catalogue Management
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder teams
  • Flexible work attitude and a willingness to take on duties beyond the job description
