Job Description:

As the Catalogue Coordinator, you will coordinate the catalogue process right through until print/dispatch for supermarkets nationally. You will work with the wider Marketing teams, Commercial business teams, as well as our production and creative agencies to produce advertising material whilst adhering to timelines/deadlines and following set processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the catalogue production process from briefing & design right through until print/dispatch for Woolworths Supermarkets nationally
  • Ensure proactive measures are taken when there are delays in the advertising process
  • Conduct briefs in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations on advertising activity and weekly advertising programs
  • Ensure that accurate records are maintained

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
  • Intermediate Excel, word, powerpoint skills
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Strong communications skills
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement for accountable processes

  • Ensure all required legal and compliance documentation are on file including photo ID, proof of address, payment instructions and W8/9 forms

  • Work with cataloguers to arrange for property to be authenticated, where necessary, in line with various committee deadlines
