Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Catalog Executive to manage and optimize product listings and digital merchandise across leading e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Noon etc. The role involves end-to-end catalog management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, visibility, and performance while coordinating with internal teams to drive sales growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create, upload, and manage product listings and data sourcing across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Noon and other market places
  • Campaign set ups, store decor for Market places
  • Ensure accurate product data including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, attributes, image url generation, specifications and other required attributes
  • Maintain catalog hygiene by resolving listing errors, suppressions, and quality issues
  • Manage category mapping and attribute optimization as per marketplace guidelines
  • Optimize listings for search visibility (SEO) and conversion improvement
  • Monitor Buy Box eligibility, content quality scores, and listing health
  • Handle catalog-related escalations, policy compliance, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate brand registry and catalog approval processes
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams
  • Coordinate image uploads, content updates, and A+ / enhanced content where applicable
  • Support campaign launches, new product introductions, and seasonal updates
  • Track catalog performance metrics such as impressions, conversions, and listing errors
  • Prepare regular reports on catalog health and marketplace compliance
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements based on performance insights
  • Stay updated with marketplace policy changes and best practices
  • Develop SOPs for catalog management and marketplace operations
  • Train junior executives and support team members

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace catalog management
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and Noon portal
  • Expertise in bulk uploads, and catalog tools
  • Strong understanding of category attributes, variations, and parent-child relationships
  • Familiarity with brand registry, A+ content, and marketplace ads coordination
  • Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Bachelor degree & Master degree

Nice to have:
