Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Catalog Associate to manage and optimize product listings and digital merchandise across leading e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Noon etc. The role involves end-to-end catalog management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, visibility, and performance while coordinating with internal teams to drive sales growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Create, upload, and manage product listings and data sourcing across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Noon and other market places
  • Campaign set ups, store decor for Market places
  • Ensure accurate product data including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, attributes, image url generation, specifications and other required attributes
  • Maintain catalog hygiene by resolving listing errors, suppressions, and quality issues
  • Manage category mapping and attribute optimization as per marketplace guidelines
  • Optimize listings for search visibility (SEO) and conversion improvement
  • Monitor Buy Box eligibility, content quality scores, and listing health
  • Handle catalog-related escalations, policy compliance, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate brand registry and catalog approval processes
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams
  • Coordinate image uploads, content updates, and A+ / enhanced content where applicable
  • Support campaign launches, new product introductions, and seasonal updates
  • Track catalog performance metrics such as impressions, conversions, and listing errors
  • Prepare regular reports on catalog health and marketplace compliance
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements based on performance insights
  • Stay updated with marketplace policy changes and best practices
  • Develop SOPs for catalog management and marketplace operations
  • Train junior executives and support team members

Requirements

  • 0–1 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace catalog management
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and Noon portal
  • Expertise in bulk uploads, and catalog tools
  • Strong understanding of category attributes, variations, and parent-child relationships
  • Familiarity with brand registry, A+ content, and marketplace ads coordination
  • Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

Nice to have

  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, electronics, or FMCG categories
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization is an add on

  • Define and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical database models by working with business stakeholders and identifying optimal database specifications. Ensures that database design and system capabilities meet validated user requirements. Work with application development teams designing, developing, and enhancing database schemas, creating database views, helping with query optimization, and figuring out ways to increase application performance. Enhance and recommend solutions / processes for downstream impact analysis associated with data and/or model changes. Support, maintain and enhance applications (when necessary) written with ETL tools such as Informatica, Airflow, Snowflake and additionally support teams using custom ingestion and transformation processes. Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to implement and adhere to data storage standards and maintain catalogs to facilitate consistent data management practices. Establish data quality metrics and monitoring processes to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues. Work with various IT departments within Schwab to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and incident management measures. Ensure database integrity, availability, and restorability by working with enterprise operational excellence teams. Evaluates the integration of new tools or technologies based on the capabilities of the existing infrastructure. Recommend solutions and help with functional and performance testing needs (mock data, test environments, data refresh processes). Responsible for coordination of planning the installation of operating systems, databases, applications, development upgrades, and new releases. Follow and develop database standards, guidelines, and best practices. Establishes standards, controls, and procedures to ensure data integrity and security. Perform capacity planning and projection for future growth. And finally, be able to work in an Agile Scrum environment
