A Catalog Analyst manages and optimizes product data to ensure accuracy and consistency in a company's product listings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Data management: Create, update, and maintain product information in catalogs, ensuring all details like features, descriptions, and prices are accurate and consistent
  • Quality control: Audit vendor submissions and product listings to ensure they meet company and industry standards
  • Error resolution: Identify and correct errors, discrepancies, and complaints related to product listings
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., product managers, marketing) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, vendors) to gather information and resolve issues
