Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Catalog Analyst to join our team in Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our product catalog. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain valuable experience in e-commerce operations, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct regular audits of product data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company catalog standards
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers to gather product information, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure timely submissions
  • Proactively identify and correct errors within the product catalog, including missing or incorrect product descriptions, images, and specifications
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for productivity, quality, and utilization as defined by the process lead
  • Work closely with various internal teams, including merchandising, technology, and customer service, to enhance the overall product catalog and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all catalog updates, communication with vendors, and error resolutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in a data-centric or analytical role
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies and errors in large datasets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and logical approach to problem-solving
