Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Catalog Analyst to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our product catalog. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain valuable experience in e-commerce operations, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct regular audits of product data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company catalog standards
Serve as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers to gather product information, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure timely submissions
Proactively identify and correct errors within the product catalog, including missing or incorrect product descriptions, images, and specifications
Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for productivity, quality, and utilization as defined by the process lead
Work closely with various internal teams, including merchandising, technology, and customer service, to enhance the overall product catalog and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of all catalog updates, communication with vendors, and error resolutions

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
0-2 years of professional experience in a data-centric or analytical role
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies and errors in large datasets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and logical approach to problem-solving
