Job Description:

A Top 50 UK law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their growing Casualty team in Birmingham. The firm offers excellent benefits, career progression, and hybrid work options, handling diverse litigation-related cases.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters, including occupiers’ liability, employers’ liability, highways law, and housing disrepair

Requirements:

  • NQ to 4 years’ PQE, with previous litigation experience
  • Background in defendant or claimant work (claimant solicitors looking to move into defendant practice are welcome)

Nice to have:

Experience in data breach and human rights work
