Job Description

Wiseway Logistics (WWG) is an ASX listed fast growing international freight forwarding company, with a global footprint, with eleven cities across five countries. We are a licensed customs broker with custom bonded warehouses. Due to expansion in business, we are seeking for experienced warehouse all-rounders to join our warehouse teams in Thomastown on a casual basis. The successful candidates will have strong work ethic, are motivated and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurate scanning and labelling
  • Loading and unloading containers
  • Assisting with maintaining day to day operations in the warehouse as per instruction from your supervisor
  • Ability to work in a physical role with repetitive manual handling
  • Forklift operations (with Licence)
  • Awareness of Work Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with your team members and management
  • Ability to take direction and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment at all times in accordance with WHS standards and policies
  • Able to coordinate your work and work under minimum supervision
  • Other duties as reasonably requested
  • Flexibility to work on weekdays/weekends and holidays

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
  • Current Forklift Licence (Desirable)
  • Flexibility to change shifts if required
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Good verbal communication, writing and reading skills
  • Have a motivated & proactive approach
