Job Description:

Princess Polly is looking for casual Warehouse Assistants to join the team at the Highland Park Distribution Centre. The role involves various warehouse functions to help deliver the Princess Polly experience to customers worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receiving Inbound shipments and verifying inventory
  • Preparing incoming stock for shelving and inventory placement
  • Picking and Packing stock to accurately fulfil online orders
  • Processing customer Returns efficiently and accurately
  • Cross-training across multiple warehouse functions as needed
  • Meeting daily KPIs and productivity targets
  • Demonstrating reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
  • Contributing to an exceptional customer experience behind the scenes
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse

Requirements:

  • Adaptable and willing to learn across multiple warehouse functions

  • Physically capable of being on your feet and lifting packages during your shift
  • Availability of a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Ability to work between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with the occasional weekend shifts during peak period.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics or retail environment (fashion experience is a big plus)
  • A forklift licence (not essential, but definitely a bonus)
  • Background in quality control, inventory or returns
  • Strong communication skills and a goal-driven mindset
