Experience of working with vulnerable individuals
Understanding of complex issues faced by residents (homelessness, harm reduction, drug and alcohol dependency, domestic violence, mental health)
Ability to provide high standards of support to vulnerable adults
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals in crisis
Ability to accurately and efficiently record information in case notes and support plans
